Good size for an IOL – good height and length with a stocky build. First year as a starter - patient backup who waited for his opportunity to start. Plays with good leverage and bend. Very balanced with a wide base. Good lateral agility and gets out to the second level quickly. Smart and aware – head is on a swivel looking for stunts and late blitzers. Works well in double teams. Effective communicator. Technically proficient hand use – fires and re-fires and works to sustain but hands lack power and are too easily discarded. Needs to improve strength and anchoring ability to better withstand a strong bull rush. Has starting potential after a season or two in the NFL.
