Excellent-sized center with the desired height and frame with solid mass. Very good length for an IOL. Extremely experienced multi-year starter in the Big Ten. Does not bend well and his pads tends to rise, which allows defenders to control him at the LOS. When he keeps his pads low, his length and technique make him effective, especially in pass protection. Lacks some desired strength. Good lateral agility and movement skills in a confined area.
